1. Where do you ship from?
We work with global suppliers and fulfillment centers. Products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.
2. Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20–25 business days due to customs or logistics delays.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy after delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

Yes. Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
